| A mastodon tooth from the upper Miocene to lower Pliocene Mehrten Formation; genus-species is Mammut americanum, approximately 10 to five million years old. The specimen came from a locality discovered on private property in 2020 in the vicinity of Camanche Reservoir, western foothills of the Sierra Nevada, California.
